MIAMI—Stripey Development is building iconic properties around the world—including plenty in Miami. Stripey’s latest project brings it to one of the hottest neighborhoods in the urban core: Edgewater.

Stripey is developing 26 Edgewater, which the company is positioning as the evolution of Edgewater and the first truly boutique residences in the heart of the district. Some other developers would argue with that, but what is true is that 26 Edgewater is minutes away from Downtown Miami attractions—and South Beach.
