BETHESDA, MD—Berkeley Point Capital reports that Tom White, the firm’s FHA chief underwriter, has been promoted to a director in the firm’s originations division.

A financing industry veteran, White will continue to operate out of the Bethesda, MD office, developing new and existing relationships as well as providing borrowers with the company’s wide spectrum of multifamily products and capital solutions, company officials say.

“Tom is an industry veteran with over 20 years of multifamily lending experience,” states Mark Van Kirk, executive managing director, Berkeley Point Capital, “His expertise and knowledge of multifamily programs will help him excel in his new role.”
