CREW Network Reveals Leadership Certificate Program

BELLEVUE, WA—To help its members further advance their careers within commercial real estate, CREW Network will be unveiling its own leadership certificate program early next year. The announcement was made by CREW Network president Lori Kilberg at the group’s annual convention last week in Bellevue, WA.

The CREW Network Certificate in Leadership is designed to provide a curriculum that combines academic content and training specific to leadership within commercial real estate with a self-directed mentoring program that pairs participants with CREW Network mentors familiar with the challenges in the industry work environment. The curriculum was developed based on analysis of CREW Network research over the last 10 years that has indicated that women are often reluctant to take risks, negotiate salaries, and develop specific career plans that allow them to move across company functions or seek promotions that position them for broader leadership positions.
