McAuliffe to Oversee Institutional Sales at CBRE

LOS ANGELES—The promotion occurs just nine months after CBRE named McAuliffe executive managing director, capital markets.

LOS ANGELES—CBRE Group Inc. said Tuesday that Brian McAuliffe has been promoted to president, institutional properties, CBRE Capital Markets in the US. The promotion comes just months after McAuliffe was named executive managing director, capital markets.

In his new role, McAuliffe is responsible for CBRE’s institutional sales platform in the US, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and hotel transactions. He began his real estate career with CBRE in 1983, specializing in multifamily investment sales. During his 22-year tenure with CBRE, he was recognized among the firm’s top producers.
