NEW YORK CITY—Weeks after completing its merger with DTZ, Cushman & Wakefield on Thursday announced announced practice group leaders for US operations. The appointments include leadership for the legal, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors, as well as leaders for tenant advisory, land and agency leasing brokerage.
Among the practice group leaders for the post-merger C&W are Sherry Cushman, who leads the legal sector advisory group from offices in Washington, DC; Craig Cassell, who heads the education practice and is based in Chicago; and Lorie Damon, leads the healthcare group, based in St. Louis. Carri Lyon and David Lebenstein are co-leaders of the not-for-profit practice, from C&W’s New York City offices.

Agency leasing has two regional heads: Spencer Stouffer, the agency leasing East lead, based in Northern Virginia; and Mike Moran, the agency leasing West lead, based in Northern California.
“Our specialty practice groups provide deep expertise unique to particular property types and sectors of the broader economy,” says Joseph Stettinius Jr., C&W’s Americas chief executive. “These industry leaders offer unparalleled experience and insight to colleagues and our clients, and I’m excited to see the great things we will accomplish going forward.”
