ATLANTA—Atlanta’s economy grew by over 76,600 new jobs during the prior 12-month period ending May 2016, a 3% annual increase year-over-year. Total payroll employment has now expanded by 425,800 jobs since its trough in early 2010, an impressive 19% increase over the time period.

That’s according to PM Realty Group’s “Market at a Glance” Atlanta Office Market Report for the second quarter of 2016. How is that trickling down to office markets in and around Atlanta?
