Group Nine Media Signs 100K Lease at SoHo HQ

The technology firm has signed a lease renewal for 40,000 square feet on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, and will now also lease approximately 60,000 square feet encompassing the entire 10th and 11th floors of the 12-story, 342,000 square-foot building in SoHo.

NEW YORK CITY—Group Nine Media, which operates such websites as Thrillist, NowThis, The Dodo and Seeker, has undertaken a significant expansion of its headquarter space at 568 Broadway. The firm’s larger space is to help accommodate the expected 200 new workers the company will employ in the next 12 months.

The technology firm has signed a lease renewal for 40,000 square feet on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors, and will now also lease approximately 60,000 square feet encompassing the entire 10th and 11th floors of the 12-story, 342,000 square-foot building in SoHo.
