Frost Tower Frost Tower is downtown’s only class-A building and the first high-rise built in 20 years.

FORT WORTH—Citing a need for collaborative space amid a 10-year growth spurt, accounting firm Whitley Penn leased 45,872 square feet encompassing two full floors in Frost Tower, according to Anthracite Realty Partners LLC. The move to downtown’s newest high-rise symbolizes Whitley Penn’s continued desire to be a major presence within the market and emphasizes employee quality of life.

“In 2007, we built the building we are currently in and were sure it would provide space for us for the next 20 years. Flash forward to today and Whitley Penn is five times the size it was when we first moved in,” Larry Autry, Whitley Penn’s managing partner, tells GlobeSt.com. “We were looking at building a neighboring tower on the adjoining land we own or moving into a building that would allow for our continued growth. We partnered with the team at JLL and together we were able to identify a solution in Frost Tower. Our new office provides a more collaborative space and great amenities to accommodate our growing employment base. We view our move to Frost Tower as an opportunity to provide an outstanding work experience for our team.”
