TIAA Bolsters European RE Team

Greene comes to TIAA Global Asset Management after 18 years with Invesco.

LONDON—TIAA Global Asset Management said Tuesday it had hired two new Europe-based managing directors for its real assets institutional distribution team. Per Frederiksen will focus on growing the firm’s institutional business in the Nordic countries while Dan Greene will help lead efforts to develop and enhance relationships with global and regional investment consultants. Both men joined the company effective July 1.

“We are seeing increased demand from institutional investors in our real assets investing capabilities, particularly real estate and agriculture,” says John Panagakis, who heads global private market institutional distribution for TIAA Global Asset Management. “Expanding our distribution team with regional experts strengthens our ability to thoughtfully engage with and serve these institutions.”
