Situs Adds DC Advisory Firm

Now president of Collingwood, O’Reilly formerly held a senior position with Fannie Mae.

NEW YORK CITY and WASHINGTON, DC—Situs is deepening its bench in housing policy with the acquisition of the Collingwood Group, a DC-based advisory firm co-founded by Brian Montgomery, the former commissioner of the Federal Housing Administration. Established in 2009, Collingwood is led by partners who have held senior positions in HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHFA as well as FHA.
