Moinian Group’s Brecher Has Died

NEW YORK CITY—The real estate executive—who passed away suddenly—is survived by his wife and son, who also are in the industry.

Oskar Brecher Already boasting a successful career in real estate development, Oskar Brecher joined The Moinian Group in 2006.

NEW YORK CITY—Legendary real estate developer Oskar Brecher, EVP and director of development for The Moinian Group, has died. The 69- year-old executive passed away following a massive heart attack.

His wife, Adrienne Albert, also is in real estate; she’s the CEO and founder of The Marketing Directors, a residential sales and marketing firm. Their son, Matthew, works in IT at that firm.
