Toronto Firm Buys 65% of GVA Williams

FirstService--which is a majority owner of Colliers International--will rebrand its new arm as Williams Real Estate and make it the hub of its New York operations. GVA Williams has about 160 employees and took in revenues of $70 million over the last year, according to company statements.
