WeWork Goes Big in Victory Park

The addition of WeWork is a part of a redevelopment led by Trademark Property Co. and UST XVI Victory Park.

DALLAS—WeWork is expanding its Dallas footprint. The WeWork location at the west Victory Plaza office building at 3090 Olive St. will consist of two full floors on the second and third levels. The space will feature WeWork’s signature mid-century modern decor, open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling glass and steel framing, private office suites and communal working space.
