Global Tech Firm Relocating HQ to Lowell

Cross Point is a three-building, 1.2-million-square-foot office complex in Lowell, MA.

LOWELL, MA—Fast growing workforce management software firm Kronos Inc. is relocating its U.S. corporate headquarters from Chelmsford, MA to the Cross Point office complex here.

The company will relocate operations from 297 Billerica Road in Chelmsford to nearly 400,000 square feet of space at Anchor Line Partners‘ Cross Point complex in Lowell. The company says that it plans to enter a 12-year lease with the owner of the property. Kronos and Anchor Line will invest a total of $40 million to build out the space for Kronos’ new global headquarters. Kronos plans to occupy all 13 floors of the first tower at Cross Point by the summer of 2017, uniting all headquarters-based operations under one roof. The firm will be the largest tenant at the three-tower, 1.2-million-square-foot complex located at the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 3.
