Navarro is the president and founder of Benworth Capital and also currently serving as president of the Latin Builders Association (LBA). Bernie just returned from a business/trade mission in Peru, where he traveled with City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado. Among their meetings, they met with the Peruvian Vice President and the Mayor of Lima. The goal was to identify opportunities for Miami and Peruvian real estate companies/contractors/etc. to do business with one another.
