Overlooking on-ramps to Interstate 5 from the southeast corner of the intersection, the building will have about 64,000 sf of space that can be built into commercial research labs or general offices, which the company says has drawn some interest from biotechnology firms. CNA Architecture of Bellevue is the designer.
