Although the site has up to 500,000 sf of development capacity,the firm has rejected an office component. "The site is very narrowand really doesn't lend itself to an office development," says RobStewart, JBG partner.

JBG is already active in the Arlington County submarket. It's apartner with Steuart Investments in the 1801 N. Lynn St. officebuilding, a 350,000-sf asset presently under construction, and withTrizecHahn in the planned Waterview project.
