Lowe Sets Sights on $27-Million Office Development

Spec project will deliver 240,000 feet to Westminster.

Kate Fromanek, director of marketing and leasing for Lowe, the Colorado division of the private real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, explains that prime tenants would be companies doing business with Lucent. Lowe manages more than $2.7 billion for institutional clients.
