The law firm of Rush, Marshall, Jones and Kelly renewed its 8,290-sf lease on the fifth floor for an eight-year term. James Strickland Barber renewed its 1,000 sf retail lease for another five years. Besides the total 83,890 sf leased at Magnolia Place, Jones Lang LaSalle agents co-brokered an additional 113,890 sf at four other Downtown Orlando office properties in the past 90 days.
