University of St. Thomas Buys Building

New asset may be renovated or torn down to make way for new law buildings.

School officials have yet to be determine whether the MacPhail building would be incorporated into the law school or torn down. The terms of the sale will allow MacPhail to operate in the building until 2004, although it plans to relocate in the downtown Minneapolis area before that deadline.
