As Loop 101 has neared completion where it intersects with the heavily traveled Interstate 17 an increasing amount of office and industrial development has occurred. More than 40 land sales have closed along the I-17 Corridor in just the past three years, according to Cushman & Wakefield. The Loop 101 will be a major freeway interchange that will allow traffic to flow east and west from I-17.Cornoyer-Hedrick Architects designed the buildings, Hardison Downey construction is the general contractor and C&W is the leasing agent.
