Bell Atlantic Takes 85,000 SF of New Building

ARLINGTON, VA--City connects with another high-tech tenant.

Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, The Holladay Corp. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the 10-year deal. The building is scheduled for completion in October.

The leases to Bell Atlantic reflects how high-tech tenants are moving into Arlington, a market better known for Washington's traditional tenants: associations and professional organizations such as accounting and law firms.
