Kevin Santaularia, 43, has bought Bradford Cos., a leading Dallas commercial real estate firm that has been an affiliate of Vantage Cos. since its founding in 1989. Buyout terms are not being disclosed.
Bradford, with offices in Dallas and Arlington, manages more than 15 million sf at properties boasting an average occupancy of 93%. Just last month, Bradford assumed leasing and management duties for the 1 million-sf Parkway Distribution Center in Grand Prairie.
Santaularia doesn't anticipate any management shifts at the firm, which employs 100 professionals in leasing, management, brokerage, investment and development services.Bradford's client roster includes such notables as CB Richard Ellis, Northwestern Mutual, INVESCO, MetLife and New York Life.
