The tenant plans to relocate its Houston operation, which employs 18 to 20 people, to the Sugar Land site. Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Pro-fit with the leasing arrangement.

The purchase from Baker Hughes marks Pelec's inroad into the Sugar Land market. The seller was represented by Conrad Bernard, Boyd Page & Associates.
