Austin Retail Center Lands 2.92 Million Refinancing

AUSTIN-West Tower Village secures 10-year, fixed-rate loan through GE Capital Access.

Located at Lamar West and Westgate Boulevard in south central Austin, West Tower Village is 90 percent leased. The property was built in the early 1980s and renovated in 1998. Susan Hill of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Houston office secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through conduit lender GE Capital Access on behalf of WTV Ltd., a limited Texas partnership.
