This was not the case for OutlookSoft Corp., a web-based (http://www.outlooksoft.com) business analytical solutions and professional services firm that signed a 10-year lease for 22,000 sf of space at 100 Prospect St. According to Grubb & Ellis, which reported the deal and represented the tenant, the company is quadrupling its floor space. The firm will relocate from approximately 5,000 sf of space at 1351 Washington Blvd.
Terms of the agreement allow OutlookSoft to establish its own signature headquarters in half of its 11,040 sf beginning in September and will have 24 months to take over the remainder of its lease commitment.
The building is part of the two-tower complex known as Century Plaza that totals approximately 76,000 sf. It is owned by F&S Stamford Limited Partnership, a division of GE Capital Corp. Antares Real Estate of Stamford represented the owner. Financial details were not disclosed.
