Semiconductor Supplier Constructing $20 Million Plant in Burnet

AUSTIN, TX-Rural Burnet, nestled in Texas' Hill Country, is the site of a $20 million material center, including research and development space.

ATMI Inc. expects construction to take a year. The Danbury, CT-based company's first phase consists of four buildings. The material center complex will include a clean room and space for manufacturing, research, development and offices. The property is located north of the Burnet Municipal Airport.
