Zeller Names New Managers for World Trade Center

ST. PAUL - Zeller Realty Corp., which recently bought the World Trade Center in St. Paul, unveils its new management team for the building.

Zeller Realty Corp. recently notified tenants about the new management it installed at the 470,000-sf World Trade Center in St. Paul, which the Chicago-based real estate firm purchased from Des Moines-based Principal Financial Group.

Mike Wilhelm, who has 10 years of leasing experience in the Twin Cities, is leasing manager. Chris Nimmer, who recently managed the Hamm Building and NCL/Town Center complex in St. Paul, is general manager. And, Brent Wold, who has worked at the building for two years, will stay on as operations manager.
