Mike Wilhelm, who has 10 years of leasing experience in the Twin Cities, is leasing manager. Chris Nimmer, who recently managed the Hamm Building and NCL/Town Center complex in St. Paul, is general manager. And, Brent Wold, who has worked at the building for two years, will stay on as operations manager.
