It is joined by Zuber, a handblocked wall coverings manufacturer (340 sf on the ground floor for a showroom), Bengal House, a maker of fabrics and textiles (510 sf on the ground floor, also for a showroom) and Nazimal rugs (600 sf on the ground floor, 1,600 sf on the second and 600 sf on the third). Also, Wireless Warehouse leased 300 sf on the ground floor and Bellisima, a retailer of women's apparel, leased 400 sf there, too.
