Houston Firm Buys Units for $11.5 Million

SCOTTSDALE - Camden USA's latest apartment acquisition is 96% leased, reflecting the strong market for rentals.

SCOTTSDALE — Houston-based Camden USA Inc. has agreed to pay more than $70,000 a unit for an apartment complex in the upscale suburb of Scottsdale.

Camden paid $11.5 million for the Presidio at McCormick Ranch, a 164-unit apartment complex in the McCormick Ranch master-planned community. The complex stands on nearly 15 acres in the 9600 block of North 96th Street.
