Madison Marquette Wins Longwood Village Contract

MINNEAPOLIS - Madison Marquette says it won the management and leasing contract for Longwood Village, a retail and office center in the Orlando area.

Jacobsen's Department Store and Jos. A. Bank's Clothiers anchor Longwood Village, which is owned by Des Moines-based Principal Life Insurance Co. Projected population growth for the Orlando suburb should attract new retailers to the project, says L. Craig Estrem, chief operating officer at Madison Marquette.
