Construction of the initial 195,000-sf phase is expected to be completed in January. The transaction is the area's largest of its kind to date for telecom warehouse space.

Insignia/ESG negotiated for the tenant. Codina Realty Services-ONCOR represented the owner, Swerdlow Real Estate Group. The 100-acre development tract is planned for two million sf. Other LightSpeed Centers are planned for Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and at Interstate 95 and Cypress Creek Road in Broward County.
