In the first deal, the 21-unit Mohican Apartments at 1152 N. Mohican Way in Anaheim was sold by a private partnership, Mohican Properties LLC of Corona del Mar, for $1.33 million. Morgan Skenderian represent the buyer, Mohican 1152 Partners LLC of San Gabriel. The seller was represented by the Newport Beach office of Investment Property Group.
In the second transaction, Morgan Skenderian represented Orange-based seller FDK Enterprises in the $2.1 million sale of the 40-unit Florburn Apartments at 6314-6324 Fishburn Ave., Bell. Star Funding Realty's Montebello office represented the buyer, private investor Reynaldo Tobias of La Habra.
