Clorox Distributor Builds 1-Million-SF Warehouse

ABERDEEN, MD-Michel Distribution leaves its home in Harford to get closer to its client, Clorox. Move will centralize Northeast distribution of goods by the household products firm.

Computer equipment and automated racking and material handling systems will account for almost half the cost of the project. The $4-billion-a-year Clorox makes household products such as Pine-Sol and Tilex cleaners, Glad bags, Kingsford charcoal briquettes, STP automotive products, Fresh Step cat litter and its namesake, Clorox liquid bleach.
