The seller was the Hawkins Trust. The buyer, a California-based investor, was Summerfield Investors LLC. Kidder, Mathews & Segner in Bellevue represented the seller. Spokane-based Rivard Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the buyer.

The buyer will likely make improvements to the apartments and raise rents. Current prices are well below the average pricing for the area.
