3 Arvida Vets Jump Ship

ORLANDO-The Quest Co., positioning itself as a heavy hitter, has lured three seasoned pros from Arvida Realty Services to strengthen its retail and multifamily brokerage side.

Seligman, a retail sales and acquisition specialist for 25 years, will be a senior commercial consultant in his new position.

Odena, with 15 years of industry background at Arvida, Century 21 and Soros Group, brings sales experience in multifamily and religious properties as well as business brokerage knowledge.

Seier, a commercial associate, will be part of Quest's leasing/brokerage team which is currently renting out four new retail centers
