Careers USA itself is leasing 20,000 sf. Qtera was acquired last year by Nortel Networks. Qtera occupies 101,500 sf in other Boca properties. Class A area rents average $17.50 psf triple net, with projected expenses at $8 psf.
Grubb & Ellis brokered the transaction. All of Boca Raton's 750,000 sf of new office under construction last year is fully leased, according to Grubb & Ellis.
