ORLANDO-Fields Motorcars of Florida Inc. is operating the new facility on a one-acre pad in SouthPark, one of three business parks comprising the 4,500-acre, mixed-use Orlando Central Park. Fields paid $500,000 or about $11.48 psf for the parcel.

Fields paid $500,000 or about $11.48 psf for the one-acre site on John Young Parkway and Futures Drive. Castle Commercial Realty represented the landowner, Orlando Central Park Inc. Eidson Realty negotiated for Fields. Orlando Central Park has 370 national and international companies employing 25,000 persons.
