The 30-acre, 454-unit complex was acquired by Glen Park Associates LLC with a 30-year mortgage from Horsham, Pa.-based GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Ron Peterson of the Seattle office arranged the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
Glen Park Apartments contains 216 one-bedroom apartments, 174 two-bedroom units, and 74 three-bedroom units in 57 buildings. Amenities include a tennis court, four playgrounds, four saunas, five barbecue and picnic areas, an indoor basketball court, three car wash areas, and a clubhouse building with kitchen facilities.
