The first phase will consist of three single-story office buildings, positioned north of the proposed Northwest Parkway. The buildings total 132,000 sf and are expected to open in December.
The park will take three to five years to complete, ultimately providing 1.3 million sf. It is positioned near a proposed parkway extension, a planned toll road near US 36, the main highway leading into Boulder.
Etkin Johnson currently owns a 4.5 million-sf portfolio in the Denver metro area. The Lafayette Corporate Campus will be Etkin's largest single project.
