White Lodging Services Corp. is developing a site at the samecorner for a Residence Inn by Marriott project.

The Park Central property had been under consideration fordevelopment by Opus South Corp., but the deal fell through at thelast minute due to a lack of pre-leasing. Opus had the propertyunder contract and had gone as far as securing zoning and designwork on the two proposed structures.
