It contains 58,230 gross sf on a site that is leased from the City of Highland Park. Parking is provided in an attached public garage that includes exclusive use of 20 reserved parking spaces.

The loan was made to an Illinois limited partnership and placed with Aid Association for Lutherans Insurance Co. of Appleton, WI. Dwinn-Shaffer is its local correspondent and servicing agent.
