TRC Environmental is a new tenant in the project. The class A, 158,846-sf structure is close to Austin's primary business and residential destinations, including downtown, Austin Bergstrom International Airport and Northwest Austin.
Commercial Texas represented the tenant while the landlord, Macfarlan Real Estate Services, was represented by Insignia/ESG. Located at 505 E. Huntland Dr., Centennial Towers is managed and leased by Insignia/ESG. The building's amenities include covered structured parking, on-site deli and a fitness facility.
