The site is not far from other telecom firms moving into "NoMa," a neighborhood north of Massachusetts Avenue. Qwest, Enron Broadband Services, WorldCom and XM Satellite Radio have signed leases in the area. Level3 is said to be looking for a 400,000-sf site, and Global Crossing is reported to have interest in leasing 60,000 sf at 131 M St. NE.
