Lend Lease Beefs Up Retail Team

ATLANTA-Eugene I. Laxer, founder and principal of Laxer & Associates Retail Consultants and former vice president of HSG/Gould, joins Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. as strategist for the company's retail assets.

A 20-year veteran in the retail sector, Laxer founded Laxer & Associates Retail Consultants and is a former vice president of HSG/Gould and former area researcher at Federated Department Stores. Lend Lease Real Estate Investments currently owns 61 retail properties totaling 38 million sf in the United States on behalf of investor clients.
