The state agency is taking over most of the building's six floors, ousting the Iverson Business and Court Reporting School from its 8,270 sf. The school is relocating to larger quarters at 1601 Ivy Lane near the Ballpark in Arlington by month's end.
The agency's 100 employees have been working at locations scattered across the metroplex since the tornado. Among its responsibilities are overseeing child-care licensing and adult protective services
