The two biggest dollar-value transactions were a $3.6-million, 21,000 sf, seven-year lease for Golden Pacific Insurance at Millennium Center, 181 W. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, and a $2.5 million, 25,000 sf five-year lease for Software Technologies Corp. at 222 E. Huntington Drive, Monrovia, says Carl Anderson, vice president in Trammell Crow's Citadel office in Commerce.
Millennium Center, owned by Samuelson-Fetter LLP, repped itself in the Golden Pacific transaction. Trammell Crow represented both parties in the Software Technologies Corp. transaction, in a building owned by the State of Hawaii Employees Retirement System.
In the other three lease transactions:
·Trammell Crow repped owner Beta West in a five-year lease valued at $1.2 million for 11,500 sf at 1333 S. Mayflower Ave., Monrovia. The Downtown LA office of Insignia/ESG represented the tenant, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
·Trammell Crow repped both owner Operating Engineers Trust Funds in the five-year, $1.9-million lease of 13,800 sf at 141 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena, and tenant Flewelling and Moody, Architects.
·Trammell Crow repped owner Operating Engineers Trust Funds in the seven-year, $1-million agreement for 4,700 sf at 301 N. Lake Ave., Pasadena. The Ontario office of CB Richard Ellis repped tenant Laser Eye Institute.
