The complex sits on 200 upland waterfront acres just across the Hudson River from Manhattan. Residents have access to the New York Waterfront Ferry, and Hudson County's new light rail system will be extended to the site within the next few years. The long-term master plan calls for a build-out of 6,500 residential units, two million sf of mixed-use commercial space and a luxury hotel.
