Gillette gains access rights to Witkoff's class A office buildings in the New York metropolitan area, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit and Dallas, installing new fiber-optic networks in each building and providing high-speed, broadband data and voice communication services to tenants.

"After building a solid foundation in the New York area, we've planned our national expansion, targeting the Witkoff Group as our entree into major metropolitan markets across the country," says Gillette president and CEO Joseph P. Gillette.
